PopUp Explorer (PUX) is providing the use of the PUX database free of charge for qualified web sites. Qualifying web sites
should be camping, lodging, tourism, or RV related. Web sites that are obscene, pornographic or other otherwise distasteful
do not qualify. PUX reserves the sole right to pull the database from any site we find offensive or not in the best interest
of PUX.
PUX provides the management tools to help subscribers to rebrand the look of the database pages to blend in with the
subscribing site. While this tool is pretty flexible it is not unlimited. Subscribers may add header and footer code that
will wrap around the database elements. Subscribers will also have limited control over the colors of the various
page elements.
All database pages will be hosted on Popupexplorer.com, each subscriber will be assigned a unique ID that is used for
links to the various database pages to ensure that subscriber branding is presented to the database user in a consistent
manner.
PUX advertisers and sponsors will show up on the database pages as a way of supporting the database. Background colors
used for the Paid Placement sponsors must be different then the normal background colors to ensure greater visibility
for those sponsors. You agree not to attempt to alter or mask out these ads or sponsor listings in anyway. PLEASE NOTE
the position of the advertising is hard coded and can't be changed.
