Is it worth it?

Is it worth it to sell our screen room? It came with the camper, and we have no intentions of using it. It fits an 11' trimline (dometic) awning. Is that such a rare size/need that we should just keep it? It is new in the box it came to us in. It did not come with instructions (DUH), so we really don't know how to use it anyway.
Is the shipping so expensive that it just isn't worth it to sell to someone?

K, I just did some quick research and it appears it zips into place? My jayco has a valcro attachment on the awning, I don't think it will work..

Thank you very much, but alas, those are not the correct instructions. This does not zip on, I believe it velcros into place. We got the same search results.

Sure would be easy to sew velcro on the edge of the screen-room.... just a thought. Just use nylon thread. less than an hour job....... just leave the zipper in place.
The other alternative would be to sew a new zipper on the awning and screen-room. I'd prefer a zipper myself velcro can be a pain to match up on something like that. A zipper is just......well....... "zippy"
Use a #10 zipper. You can get them in several lengths. You have to use the new zipper on both sides though. Chances of this zipper matching the original are about 100:1.

If its NEW in box look on the box and see if there's a part # and search that.

I'm not silly! I already tried all that. It just came in a brown shipping box. No instructions, no packaging, nothing. I know that sounds crazy, which is why we have never tried to set it up.

If it were me, I would hold on to the screen room, leave it in the box, sealed up and labeled, put away on a shelf in the garage .. If it came new with the trailer, then it not only fits the awning but will match it too.. This could be useful if you happen to sell the trailer down the road ..

Came new with the trailer as a promotional item (buy the trailer get the screen room free). It doesn't match the coloration of the awning or anything. It is just white vinyl and screening.
We can't even figure it out. We have no zippers on our current awning. AFAIK there is no existing velcro either. Do they really expect that you are going to sew velcro onto your awning? I can understand needing to install the snaps for the trailer skirt, but that's just a couple of small screws, not serious sewing!
I guess we'll just keep it for now until the trailer is somewhere we can set up the awning and try the stupid thing. (We can't use the awning in camp driveway).
We very much dislike our awning all together, but not willing to shell out $350 for a new one like the one on the old PUP. (carefree of colorado). OH WELL!
