The L-Shaped goucho in my pup is the prime pace to sit.  With the U-Dinnette, you get two prime places.
Also, looks like it might have a little more counter space, which always seems to be a premium.
and a little more 'under bench' storage

I like that the Jayco has both bunks of the same size, though....

Honestly though, I would be hard pressed to go with either, since neither offer top down fridge access which has become almost a 'must have' for my next rig....
