Just got back from five nights in NC to attend Merlefest.  If there are any music lovers here especially traditional and Bluegrass you will love it but there was a large variety of music styles.  There were 13 stages and over 90 performers for the four day festival.
The music played each day from about 9 in the morning to midnight or later.  We are exhausted!

We stayed at the North Wilkesboro Fire Department campground.  I highly recommend them also.

That sounds like a blast!  When I was in college my roomate was from Regina, SK Canada and I would go visit her every summer for a music festival near her house.  The Big Valley Jamboree in Craven was awesome.  We would camp, party and listen to great country music all day and night.

Being from Nashville, TN (country music USA) and going to Canada every summer for 4 years to attend a country music festival sounds silly now, but it made perfect sense when I was in college.   Big Smile
