Thanks guys! I'm sure I'll have a bunch of them as this is my first camper and unfortunately the previous owner didn't have the owners manual or anything. This leaves me guessing about alot of stuff.

Welcome! This is a great place to get info!
If you don't have them already, I suggest the wire shelving mod over the galley and vanity area for more usable storage while PUPed. I did them in our old Bayside and the person who bought it thought they were the coolest things. It also helped cut down on the clutter laying around on the table and couches.

Thanks! I'll look into that. Our has a flip down tray thing that's part of the pole that holds out the canvas over the sink/stove. It looks as though it was built in at the factory that way.
I gave the outside a thorough washing today, next is to put it up and wash the canvas, then clean the inside real good. I plugged the trailer in to 110v yesterday to start testing things out, all the lights seem to work, water pump kicks on (however the camper is still "winterized" from this past winter), and the fridge runs (however still checking to see if it will get cold enough). The propane tank is empty so testing the fridge on that, and testing the water heater and furnace will have to wait a bit.
I'm hoping to start loading things inside so I can do a test run down the road and check the sway when loaded. I know pulling it home completely empty was a hand full, more than I care to do on a regular basis. I'm an experienced tower however this is the first trailer I've dealt with that had such bad sway issues. I'm hoping loading it with our gear will add enough tongue weight to help out.

Well got a few more things done on the PUP this weekend. Fixed a water leak under the sink, flushed out the water heater and realized that it needs a new anode (looks like the one in there could be the original), flushed all the antifreeze out of the water tank and lines, cleaned the screen on the sink so it flows decent now, and found a leak at the outdoor shower that needs attention. I think the valve has a small crack in it so that will be a simple replacement. Overall I'm still very happy with the camper. The battery that was in it is totally dead so while getting a new one I think I'll just go ahead and upgrade to 2 batteries. I got a second box and looking at things I think I can squeeze it on the tongue as well. That will give me 2 batteries and 2 propane tanks for those boon docking trips. The other two big things to get done are a permanent bypass kit for the water heater before winter and doing a spring under flip to gain a little height on the camper. I know we'll need that extra clearance for a few of the places we camp at.
Anyways, just wanted to say thanks again as just about everything I've checked or done so far I have researched first on here!
