O.K., I didn't want to continue hijacking another post so here we go.  I pretty much know which panel LEDs to get for inside my PUP but I'm still questioning which is the right one for my patio light.  2008 Fleetwood Saratoga with amber lens and C922 wedge base bulb.  On SuperBrightLED.com it says that their technical support will not advise on which light to purchase so I'm looking to anyone who has replaced a C922 with an LED.  When you look at the cross reference chart it mentions the 921/T13 as being the replacement for the 922 but when you look at specific LEDs they don't list the 922; they list 194/168.  The bulbs that make the most sense to use are LED1 or LED3 because they broadcast light directly outward.  The only problem is they don't come in amber.  LED2 comes in amber but it seems that light would be wasted being broadcast down and to the backside    I prefer LED3 because you don't have to worry about mounting the panel.  Will any/all of these fit the wedge base socket in my light?  I hope my link works.  http://community.webshots.com/album/575373061kwBZbU

I like the LED3 the most. It'll fit the 922 base. That's a standard bi-pin base that's standard for the 194, 168, 921, 922, etc. Basically any bi-pin lamp with a three digit part number.

Thanks to roxysurf for posting this because it's the same thing I have been looking into.

I wanted to point out an error in your post though, I went to superbrightled.com and couldn't find the LEDs you were talking about.  It turns out there is also a site superbrightleds.com (with an "S") and I believe that is the site you are talking about.   I would not have bothered posting this correction if the other site didn't exist.

some other information worth posting is that I have found that a typical C921 (my bulbs) puts out about 260 lumens and a C922 about 190 lumens.  most replacements I have found are about half that brightness.  Which is fine for me because I think they are too bright to begin with, but your milage may vary.

Thanks for the correction on my typo and a BIG thanks  Big Smile for providing the lumens for the C922.  I was wondering if the LED I chose would be brighter or dimmer.
