Only used a few times. It is made from cast iron. Not big enough for my needs. Free to the first taker. The only condition is that you need to pick it up 'case it will cost me a fortune to ship it.

What's the issue with the size AND what are you planning for a new griddle??

Too bad they weren't a bit smaller, then I could take yours and have two, and use two at a time to cover the whole Baby surface.

It takes forever to heat up. And not nearly enough room. My new griddle is one of these -
I use it with a 3 burner stove. At 37" x 16", I can cook eggs, taters and bacon at the same time and have everything piping hot when I sit down for breakfast. I'll be using it in a few weeks to make cheesesteaks for 35 of my closest pals.

Forget the Weber...I want one of those that you've pictured. What is that & where did you get it?
Thanks!

I've seen those in Cabelas. I almost bought a 3 burner Camp Chef and this griddle off of craigs list. The guy was selling it for his father and as I was heading up to look at it - the father offered it to his brother!!!! RATS!!!!
That's a nice setup!!!! 35 cheesesteaks eh??? Sounds yummy!!!
Thanks for the info on the heat factor. I wondered if that was it because my Q200 takes a good 10 min or so to get that good steak sizzle!!!

Yep - got the griddle at Cabelas. I use it with their 3 burner outfitter stove -
I love this set up because the stove is fairly compact and still puts out 17,000 BTU's per burner. About the same as the Camp Chef but takes up a fraction of the room. The stove stores under the couch and the griddle sits on end inside the bike door. Takes up very little space.
