Whether your camping or not, democrat or republican, happy with the current adminastration or not, please dont forget to honor your country, the people who have sacrificed for her. Borrowing from the movie stripes " we have been kicked out of every decent country, were the muts of the world." Please fly the American flag proudly and take time to thank a vet! I hope you canadians will take time as well. We have stood behind you as you have with us on every battle ground. We both have spilled the blood of our soldiers in the name of democracy and freedom.Sad HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA![^]Big SmileBig SmileBig Smile

I think I will go thank DW right now. She is/was a Marine. I think it would be OK with her if i said SEMPER FI to all the marines out there.ApproveApproveApproveBig SmileBig SmileBig Smile Thanks to all!

I often think of my dad and uncles who served in World War II, and what they sacrificed, and what would have happened if they hadn't.

Fly those stars and stripes with pride and remember the sacrifices that were made by all who served, and their families, to keep this country free.26 Toyota Tundra DoubleCab 4X4[pu-r]24 Fleetwood Hemlock 27 TrailCruiser C243S HTT [hb]Hybrid pics http://community.webshots.com/user/wiscampsin

My Dad served in the Army and the Marines.  He instilled a sense of pride and of gratitude in me for all who served and are serving.  God bless this country and those who seek to preserve her in the manner her founders intended.Mom and Dad3 Kidlets99 Explorer EB98 Expedition EB93 Palomino Filly passed to sister4 Fleetwood Hemlockhttp://community.webshots.com/user/cynthiacook77726 nights in 2837 nights in 2726 nights camping in 26

Yep... Thanks veterans for helping to preserve freedom!  But more so, thank you to those individuals who signed thier own death warrants to declare our independance.  A small group of everyday citizens who were called upon by the times to stand out numbered, out gunned and out resourced against the most powerful military in the world.  It is no small thing they did and the chances of success were slim.  Remember the fundamentals for which they fought.  Happy Birthday America and thanks to those who have stood to create and to protect her.26 Jayco Baja 1YTV - '6 Jeep Unlimited [tv-jeep]ME - 66 [st-VA]DW2B (July 27th!) - 69 [st-UT]DD - 99 [st-VA]DS - 4 [st-VA]DSS2b - 99 [st-WA]DSS2b - 2 Hiwaii

As a veteren and retired sailor for over 2 years I would never get upset from anybody thanking and honoring those who have served.  While in the military I faithfully upheld the orders given me and proudly stood on the front line of independance and freddom for this country and its citizens both here and abroad.  I only ask that all people think of what freedom and independence really is and spend 1 minute of your time tomorrow remebering what it took to bring this country from the clutches of English tyranny during the 17's to where it is today. And to also thank all who helped us get to this point both in and outside this great nation.8 Escape 4x4 6 cylViking Saga 196STPintse DWOne Beagle2 grown KidsUSN Ret.Having fun isn't just for kids anymore

The Stars and Stripes are proudly waving in front of our home 24/7 365 days a year.  Both my Mom (US Navy Wave) and Dad (US Army MP Occupation Forces in Japan) served in WW II. They were VERY proud to serve their country.  They instilled in us just how fragile our freedom can be and that Freedom is indeed NOT free.  A HUGE thank you to every man and woman serving in our Armed Forces, past, present and future.  Thank you for our freedom and way of life.  A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE 4TH OF JULY TO ALL.
